So much has changed in the last two months! My wife and I had the gastric sleeve surgery together on October 21. We ve definitely lost weight I m 49 lbs. down and she s down 36 lbs. But that s not the best part. My blood pressure is down considerably and in the normal range now. I don t take any more arthritis meds. I finally sleep well and most importantly, I can play with my grandson without being in pain!

The results are impressive and the process is easier than you might think. It s not easy , I guess. But there is no pain whatsoever. There s some slight discomfort with the pre-op and post-op diet. But if you stick to the plan, you won t have any problems . . . at all. The people are there for you, and that s obvious. They are caring and nurturing as well as professional and very talented.

I had reservations about going to Mexico for surgery . But these people have performed far more of these surgeries than anyone in the U.S. and according to my doctor, there is nothing to worry about if you do what they say. Stick to the plan and you ll be fine.

I m so fortunate to have been given a second chance at good health. And the journey can be traveled by anyone. Would I do it again? Absolutely!
