I would like to Thank the amazing Doctors and staff at Jerusalem Hospital It's been 7 months since my surgery and I feel like a new person. I am 54 years old and 5'5" I started out at 272 lbs. I had no life! The weight took it's toll both physically and emotionally. My Primary care Physician and my Cardiologist insisted I loss weight and asked if I would be interested in weight loss surgery. Of course I was however, my insurance denied me. I was devistated. A friend suggested I check into having it done in Mexico. The price was drastically less then here. I was very concerned about having the surgery in Mexico and talked to my Doctor. She said there was nothing wrong with going to Mexico. As a matter of fact she said many of her patients had the surgery in Mexico with no complications and they were very satisfied. I started checking out different places in Mexico that provided this most needed surgery. After careful consideration I chose Jerusalem Hospital and I must say this was the best choice and the most pleasant experiance anyone could have had. The entire staff (right down to the receptionest) at Jerusalem Hospital was so very kind and caring, not just to the patients, but to our friends and family members as well. I am down 75 lbs and I am still losing weight. If I had to say one word that would describe the doctors and staff at Jerusalem Hospital it would be "IMPRESSIVE". There are no words that can explain how greatfull I am to the folks at Jerusalem Hospital.
