Following vertical sleeve surgery in May of 2014 I lost 110 lbs in 7 months and had a lot of excess skin. I scheduled the Mommy Makeover in October for January 9, 2015. My husband and I flew to San Diego on the 8th where we were picked up by Dr Yanezs sister Marisol. We crossed the border and were taken to the hotel Real Del Rio. We relaxed that night and were picked back up the next morning and taken to the hospital for pre-op and met Dr. Yanez. I was very comfortable with the plans we made and was in surgery within the hour. Surgery took 5.5 hours and all went great. My husband went back to the hotel and I spent 1 night in the hospital. I was up and in the shower the next morning by 9. We were taken to the hotel by 11 and medications were delivered by the pharmacist that evening. The first 3 days were rough but not half as bad as I expected!!!! We stayed one week but could have left after 5 days easily. The Dr or his nurse came to the hotel daily to check on us and clean my incisions. I am so happy with the results already and I'm only 2 1/2 weeks post op. I would highly recommend Dr Yanez and his team for any plastic surgery needs you may have.
