I had to admit I was a little scared to come to Mexico and have surgery you know you hear the horror stories "you get what you paid for" etc. Well Yes I did get what I paid for and so much more! From the minute I started talking to the people at Weight Loss Agents making sure I knew what would be going on and actually calling to talk to me, from the minute we had our first meet at the hospital to the first time at the hotel it was first class. All the staff from bell hops, front desk to the restaurant were courteous, friendly and talked to us like we were humans and not fat people coming to have surgery. Not once did anyone disrespect me for being heavy. The hospital staff was great, nurses very caring and always came when we needed them. No call lights just saying Hey Sebastian! I need you and there he was there. Alex and the crew at the hotel nursing department was above average. You called the extension and she/he came. I had a uneventful recovery and I feel great. Dr. Almamza did take time to talk to me before surgery and make sure I was informed of what was going on and his bedside manner was great as was everyone's. Research, know what your getting into to and know that there will be people who will not have the same outcome as everyone's response to surgery is different. be informed and be smart. I would do this again! Thanks Dr. Almanza, all his staff and Weight Loss Agents for giving me a New beginning!!!!
