The clinic as u know if you did your homework is in a strip mall. It smells like antiseptic. They got me all prepped for surgery did ekg stuff spoke with dr almonza I walked into the operating room and next thing you know I was walking out of the operating room. I was immediately put in a van to literally drive us 100 or 200 feet. And into recovery we went. I was horribly gassy and really dehydrated.as were the other ladies in my recovery room. There was a phone in the room that we could call the us for free (vonage) so I still felt crappy so one of the ladies sisters called my house for me just to let them know that I was okay. Spent the night went back to the hotel room and ate Popsicles like they were going out of style. Later that day we went back to the clinic got an IV to help with the liquid we weren't able to drink and back to the hotel I wasn't much for going to explore the streets of tijuana but there were several people who did. I relaxed and paced to and from the bed to the door. I swear they were always checking something out. The next day was radiology ikky poo nasty gross. (I threw up) got back to the hotel and got my drainage tube out and I had a major pain in my chest relieved that evening I slept on my belly. I dont sleep well any other way. I didn't wiggle but I slept well. The next morning we were back crossing back to the good ole USA . I had a good experience. I have so far at my 3 month post surgery mark have shrunk 45 pounds. I take lots of vitamins like ive been told to. I went from 224 to 179 so far. And still dropping. 25 or 30 to go still but im dropping quickly.
