My only regret is not doing it sooner. I followed doctors instructions to a T and had zero complications. At this point I have lost 85lbs went from a size 16 to a size 6 . Just know this is a tool not a cure and you still have to eat smart or you can gain it all back . I feel a thousand times better... * read more.
