was 347 pounds putting on about 10 pounds every month or so It was really getting bad when I heard about the Gastric Sleeve operation I had seen what had it done for my brother and many of his family members and realized that if I didn't do something quick I wouldn't be here on this earth much longer I couldn't not hardly move from where I was setting my legs were swollen from water wait I couldn't lay down without my CPAP machine on me it got so bad that I could feel the weight on my lungs make me struggle to breathe walking a couple hundred feet to the restroom was really hard and I run out of breath needless to say going much further than that is nearly impossible at times I was talking to my brother and he told me that my niece another young lady was going down to get it done and told me that I should go with them at that time so I did this is the best decision that I have ever made in my life I have been home for just over a week and I can walk again I have no more swelling in my legs ankles my blood sugar levels are normal I have been taking antidepressant drugs for years now I no longer have to take them I feel great I have so much more energy the last night I couldn't go to bed I couldn't sleep when I finally fell asleep I was up early ready to go again all I can say is if anyone out there can relate to my situation prior to this operation and trust me this is a wonderful wonderful operation together little to no pain yes the diet is a little hard to begin with but within a few days of starting your diet you'll find it's not half bad interesting your find that once you get back to eating Normal tasting food you're really enjoy the taste it's wonderfulMy journey started on December 9th 2015 I have lost about 30 pounds since then the diets pretty easy to stick to but anyway.
