I took a risk but did some research although for someone wanting a surgery such as this you have tried and fail so many diets and have lost and gained more lbs than a football team. I was depleted and I was just plain depressed, past the point were my now husband could cheer me up are motivate me to wobble to the gym or down another diet pill. I had some money put away from my now lost military career that ended due to weight standards... I know I my health and happiness was well worth the investment. I fly alone and when I got there I choose to share a room and over a yr latere and her are still friends. I have lost 90lbs and I had a swift recovery, it was a few lbs a week and now I maintain. The blessing is that I know when I eat one bit too many. It's still uncomfortable to accidentally eat a little too much but I need the uncomfort it's a negative reminder that I want to be health and feel attractive, and that feeling I use to get from eating I know get when I put on the smallest pair of jeans I ever wore are loss. I am thankful and not ashamed but I'm very private about how I lost the weight but it's my story and mine is a dairy and not a bestseller.
