I started my weight loss journey on March 14, 2014, I fell it was the best decision that I could've ever possibly made feel like a new person so far I have lost 102 pounds in 7 months and I am feeling much healthier I'm not on blood pressure medicine anymore the best decision I could have made. I must admit I was kind of scared initially and little leery about going out of the country to have any kind of surgery done. The only reason that I actually move forward with going out of the country to have surgery is because my sister-in-law went three weeks earlier and was very excited about her surgery and I saw the things came out really well for her so that made me feel little more comfortable with the situation. The staff was really helpful and very nice and answered all the questions they could possibly answer for me I actually was planning to have my surgery on the 15th but decided to see if I could have it the day that I arrived they ran the little test and then he check with the doctor and they went ahead and did it the same day. That first day or night at her surgery was a little trying I wasn't in pain there were a lot of things that I wasn't expecting.I'm so pleased that I stuck to the liquid diet and didn't deviate from the plan because all of that is very necessary for you to have a successful outcome post op. It does take your mind little bit of time to learn how your body is going to function after your surgery and that was probably the most difficult part I'm just trying to retrain your mind to eat a certain way I'm after you get that part it's going all falls in the place to make sure you take your vitamins and your regiment and is really make sure you take in the protein that you need that's serious something that you have to do exercise definitely because that weight is coming off no matter what.
