This experience is one that will stay with me for the rest of my life. After two decades of being severely morbidly obese, I finally realized that something more drastic was going to have to happen in order for me to live a longer life. I'd tried all sorts of diets, fasting, prescriptions, and other than losing at the most 80 pounds before gaining it right back, I accepted that I would just be big for the rest of my life.
